Booking Terms and Conditions
Booking of the agreed travel packages and travel services can be booked as soon as it is agreed and depending on which combination of travel services you book, your terms and conditions could vary.
- Travel packages for Kyrgyzstan only: preferable booking deadline is a 2 weeks.
- Adventure Tours and Trekking, Horse riding: preferable booking deadline is a 4 weeks.
- Travel package for Central Asian countries: preferable booking deadline is an 8 weeks.
- Visa for Central Asia countries: preferable booking deadline is 3 weeks.

Payment
It is required to make a prepayment for the agreed travel packages and services to guarantee booking as soon as it is confirmed by both parties. We are flexible with payment terms and can be discussed.
Cancellations and charges
- There is no cancellation charge for confirmed booking made 15 days prior to arrival, but any actual expenses incurred relating to documents such as visa support, permits, or any other necessary official paperwork, have to be paid.
- There is cancellation charge of 10% of booking amount for cancellations made less 10 days of arrival date
- There is cancellation charge of 50% of booking amount for cancellations made less 3 days before arrival date or no show.
Claims and Adjustments
Claims for refund or adjustment must be made after the last day of the trip. If the client does not contact our office at the time of the problem, we reserve the right to reject the claim. All claims must be made in writing, in English or Russian, providing a clear and complete explanation. All claims will be considered within one month of receipt.
