Airport – Bishkek – Bishkek city tour

Arrival is in Bishkek. Meeting at the airport “Manas” with English speaking guide and Russian speaking driver and transfer to Bishkek (35 km, 40 min)

Check-in the Hotel. Rest. Afternoon City Tour in Bishkek: Visit Central Square, Presidential House, White Central Mosque, Oak Park with sculptures and statues of Famous Kyrgyz People, open air eastern markets, Concert Hall & Ballet, Old Square, National Philharmonic, and many others places of interests.

Accommodation is at the Hotel.

Bishkek – Burana- Bokonbaeva, south Issyk-Kul lake

After having breakfast in Bishkek, we will head to Burana Tower, which is left from the 13th century. Burana Tower served as a minaret from the 13th to the end of the 14th century. However, after the fall of Karakhanids to Mongols the whole city was destroyed and what is left from the prosperous trade center of Central Asia is Burana Tower.

After discovering Burana tower, museum nearby, and petroglyphs, you will have a drive to Issyk-Kol lake along the southern side of the lake, which is the second largest alpine lake in the world after Titica in South America.

Bokonbaeva - Zhazy Kechuu pasture

Breakfast. In the morning, we will have a short warm-up session and our tour guide will briefly explain about route and safety requirements. For today we will have a hike for 10 km. When we arrive to Zhazy Kechuu pasture, we will have a lunch and we will prepare for the next trekking day. This day trekking starts from 1700 m to 2400 m with elevation gain of 700 m. The way is hills incline and less intense. Set up tent camp.

Zhazy Kechuu pasture - Kok Bel Pass  

Breakfast. After having a good rest, we will have a trekking for 22 km to Kok Bel Pass, which lasts for 5-6 hours. Along the way, you will enjoy the beautiful alpine mountain view and the landscape is spectacular. Tent camp before Kok Bel Pass at the altitude 3000 meters.  Elevation gain is 600 m with moderate hike.

Kol- Bel: 3000 m high from the sea level

Kok Bel Pass – Tosor Pass - Uch Emchek pasture

After having Breakfast, we will be trekking to Tosor pass and over pass 3896 meters. Arriving to Tosor pass, we will have a lunch and rest. After having rest, we will trek towards down to Uch Emchek pasture located between Issyk-Kul Lake region and Naryn region. We will stay in Uch Emcheck for overnight. Elevation gain is 900 m with good inclines with some light challenge on further distance.

Trekking:  35 km, 5-6 hours

Uch Emchek pasture - Zhyluu Suu valley

Today we will walk down to Zhyluu Suu valley. On the way to Zhyluu Suu valley, we will have a stop nearby a small waterfall, but beautiful. We will have a lunch there and we will head to Zhyluu Suu valley. Arriving to Zhyluu suu, you can swim in hot spring that is available in the nature. This day is quite calm hiking down day to valley. 

Zhyluu Suu valley: 3000 m high from the sea level

Trekking: 18 km, 4-5 hours

Level 3: Medium

Zhyluu Suu valley - Teshik Kol Lake – Karakaman Gorge 

After having breakfast, we will head towards Teshik Kol Lake at 3500 meters above sea level to see the magnificent mountain lakes. There are 2 mountain lakes located close to each other. We will walk beside these lakes and have a lunch there. Taking a break for 1-2 hours and having lunch, we will have a trekking to Karakaman Gorge.  Elevation gain is 500 m with good challenging hike.

Karakaman - Balgard - Jakyp Bolot

After breakfast, we will have a trekking by crossing Balgard river towards Jakyp Bolot Pass. This day we do long and quite trekking about 28 km, 7-8 hours. We will have a walk through the beautiful landscape and set the tent camp at the foot of Jakyp Bolot Pass.  This day is quite calm and long distance trekking day to valley.

Jakyp Bolot Passs - Jalgyz Karagai pasture

After breakfast, we will have a trekking to over pass Jakyp Bolot Pass which is 3960 meters above sea level. From this pass you can observe amazing views of the high Celestial Mountains of Tien-Shan chain and will be at the top of snowcapped mountains.  Picnic lunch. After lunch trekking down to Jalgyz Karagai Pasture. This day you do challenging trekking with intense inclines with elevation gain of 1000 meters.

Set up tent camp at pasture and prepare for our next adventures.  

Jalgyz Karagai pasture: 2960 m.

Trekking:  22 km, 9 hours.

Level 5: Challenging

Jalgyz Karagai pasture - Eki Naryn – Naryn town

After having breakfast, trekking around 4 hours to Eki-Naryn pasture of the local shepherd’s with their lives stocks.  Meeting with driver and picnic lunch. After lunch drive to Naryn town, 90 км, 2 hours. Rest / refresh. Dinner in local restaurant. Accommodation in the Khan-Tengri Hotel 4*.

Naryn town: 2020 m.

Trekking:  12 km, 4 hours.

Drive: 2 hours

Accommodation: Khan-Tengri Hotel 4*.

Meals: Full Board

Naryn town – Son Kul Lake (180 км, 4 hrs)

Breakfast. We will have a drive to Son-Kul Lake through Moldo Ashu Pass 3340m. Arrival for lunch time to Song- Kul lake, which is the second largest lake in Kyrgyzstan and its located 3016 m above the sea level. Lunch is in Yurt Camp. The lake has spectacular view and the most beautiful Sunset. You can feel real nomad vibe in Song-Kul and get to know local shepherds’ life.

Dinner and accommodation in Yurt Camp.

Horse Riding and Horse game are an optional (20 USD per horse)

Drive: 4 hours

Song- Kul lake: 3016 m above from the Sea level.

Son – Kol Lake – Free Day 

Today is the rest day in Son-Kul. You can do a trekking to the hill for 2-3 hours in the morning or in the afternoon and enjoy the lake view grabbing cup of coffee or tea. Btw, you cannot see modern houses in Son-Kul. There are only yurts are allowed. To preserve the Kyrgyz nomadic path, the government has taken such steps.

After having breakfast, you can go around and take photos or communicate with local through your tour guide. In the evening, you can set up a campfire and have fun around.

Son Kol Lake – Kochkor - Bishkek

Breakfast. It‘s time to say goodbye to locals and continue our journey back to Bishkek. We will come to Bishkek through Kochkor region and on the way to Bishkek we will have multiple stops from Panorama Views.

Accommodation: Hotel in Bishkek. Meals: Full board

Bishkek - Aiport

After having breakfast, we will have a 40 min drive to airport. Going back to airport, you will already be filled with unforgettable memories and adventures that you will be with you for a lifetime.
