11:00 Strat the tour. Embark on a city tour of Tashkent, offering a vivid introduction to local life and culture.
First visit is the Chorsu Bazaar, one of Central Asia’s oldest and most vibrant markets. Explore its lively sections filled with fresh produce, spices, textiles, and handicrafts. In the street food area, you will see traditional Uzbek dishes prepared in large cauldrons, creating a rich and authentic culinary atmosphere.
Continue to the Hast Imam complex, the spiritual heart of the city, where you will also walk through nearby mahallas and observe traditional neighborhood life.
Then descend into the Tashkent Metro, famous for its artistic Soviet-era stations, each uniquely decorated like an underground gallery.
Visit the Plov Center, where you will learn how Tashkent-style plov (Lunch or dinner) is prepared in giant kazan pots and enjoy a tasting experience with local chefs.

Depart from Tashkent in the morning and drive towards the Chimgan Mountains, one of the most popular alpine regions of Uzbekistan, located about 90 km from the capital (approx. 2 hours). As you leave the city, the landscape gradually transforms into green valleys and dramatic mountain scenery of the Western Tian Shan range.
Arrival in the Chimgan area (approx. 1,650–1,700 m). Start a light acclimatization trek towards Maly Chimgan Peak (2,100 m), a scenic ascent offering beautiful views over the surrounding valleys and the iconic Chimgan massif. The hike is moderate and serves as a perfect introduction to the mountain environment. Lunch.
Continue to the spectacular Gulkamsay Gorge, a narrow canyon known for its rocky formations, mountain river, and small waterfalls depending on the season. The trail here combines walking through forested paths and rocky passages, offering a very atmospheric and refreshing experience.
Total trekking distance: approx. 6–8 km (moderate difficulty).
In the afternoon, transfer to a mountain guesthouse or lodge in the Beldersay / Chimgan area (1,600–1,800 m). Free time to relax in nature, enjoy the mountain air, and experience the peaceful alpine atmosphere. Dinner.

Early departure at around 05:00 in the morning for the main trekking day. Transfer to Aksay Gorge, the starting point of the ascent to Big Chimgan Peak (3,309 m).
Begin a long and rewarding climb along a well-established mountain trail. As altitude increases, the scenery becomes increasingly dramatic, with wide panoramas over the Chimgan valley and surrounding ridges. The vegetation gradually changes into alpine landscapes, with rocky slopes and open mountain terrain.
After passing several rocky sections and natural formations, reach the summit of Big Chimgan. The peak offers a breathtaking 360-degree panorama of the Western Tian Shan: Okhotnichiy Peak, the vast Pulatkhan Plateau, the Beldersay ridge with its weather station, the turquoise waters of the Charvak Reservoir, and the distant mountain ranges of Ugam, Pskem, Chatkal, and Karzhantau. The summit is often windy, but the views are truly unforgettable. Lunch.
Total trekking distance: approx. 14–16 km (full-day, challenging hike). Altitude: 3,309 m at the summit.
After time for rest and photography, descend back to Aksay Gorge along the same route. At the base, meet the transport and transfer to the Charvak Reservoir for a short scenic stop. Enjoy the magical sunset views over the lake, when the water changes color from deep blue to warm golden-orange tones.
Return transfer to Tashkent (approx. 2 hours). Arrival in the evening. Overnight in Tashkent.

XXX Check – out and Transfer to the railway station for the Afrosiyob train to Samarkand (from 06:30 to 09:00). Begin the day in Samarkand with a visit to the vibrant Siab Bazaar, the city’s main traditional market. It is the perfect place to experience authentic local life: colorful stalls filled with fresh fruits, dried apricots, nuts, spices, handmade sweets, and freshly baked traditional bread. The atmosphere is lively and deeply rooted in everyday Samarkand culture.
Continue to the nearby Konigil Village, a peaceful rural area on the outskirts of the city, known for preserving traditional crafts. Here you will visit the famous Meros paper workshop, where ancient methods of handmade silk paper production are still used today. You will see the full process and learn how this craft was historically used in Samarkand manuscripts.
Afterwards, explore the historic Jewish Quarter of Samarkand, one of the oldest cultural districts of the city. This area reflects the multicultural heritage of Samarkand, with traditional courtyard houses, narrow streets, and a unique atmosphere that tells the story of coexistence and trade along the Silk Road.
In the evening, take part in a traditional masterclass in a local family home, where you will learn how to prepare Uzbek lepyoshka (tandoor bread).
In the morning, meet your guide and depart towards the mountain village of Urgut, located in the scenic foothills near Samarkand. The journey offers beautiful landscapes with rocky mountains, green valleys, seasonal streams, and flowering meadows.
Upon arrival, visit a local family — household, where you will be warmly welcomed into rural life. The family will introduce you to the traditions of the region, including local crafts such as carpet weaving and explain the differences between life in Urgut and other parts of Uzbekistan.
Together with the family, you will take part in preparing kazan-kebab, one of the most beloved traditional dishes, followed by a shared lunch in a true countryside atmosphere filled with hospitality and storytelling.
In the evening, continue the cultural immersion with a traditional outdoor dinner experience, where you will help prepare Uzbek plov. After dinner, gather around a campfire under the stars and spend the night in a comfortable tented setup, enjoying the peaceful mountain atmosphere.
Spend the morning in the Kyumbelsoy village, a quiet and authentic mountain settlement where daily life is still deeply connected to traditional rural customs. Take a short walk through the village and surrounding landscapes, enjoying fresh mountain air, panoramic views, and the calm rhythm of local life.
After the visit, begin the long drive towards Sentyab (4-5 hours), continuing the journey through Uzbekistan’s changing landscapes. The route passes from mountain valleys into open plains, small rural settlements, and wide desert-steppe panoramas, offering a real sense of transition between regions and environments.
Arrival in the Sentyab, enjoy a relaxed walk around the area near the guesthouse, exploring the village surroundings, gardens, and nearby trails. Take part in a traditional home-style cooking experience.
The whole day is dedicated to exploring the surrounding area—you will experience a real Uzbek village, immerse yourself in its daily life, and see how the local people live. You will also go hiking, reaching ancient petroglyphs along the way, while enjoying the local flora and fauna. In certain seasons, you may even spot mountain goats roaming the plains.
Transfer to the yurt camp near Lake Aydarkul (2 hours), located in the Kyzylkum Desert. Here you will feel true freedom and unity with nature. Upon arrival, accommodation in traditional yurts, you can ride camels and explore the surrounding area. Evening around the fire with a cooking workshop of national dishes and introduction to the life of nomadic peoples with the show.

A peaceful morning in the yurt camp. There is also an opportunity to enjoy a jeep ride in the surrounding area. In the warm season, it is possible to travel to Aydarkul Lake and take a swim. You can also enjoy the sunrise at the lake.
Departure towards Bukhara (approx. 3–4 hours, 240 km) through Naiman.
On the way to Bukhara, you will stop in the village of Naiman, where you can observe local rural life and, depending on the season, take part in cotton harvesting in the fields or in the picking of seasonal fruits such as watermelons. Arrival in Bukhara and transfer to the hotel.

Begin the day in the heart of Bukhara’s old city, starting with a visit to the charming Lyabi-Hauz complex, one of the most atmospheric places in town. Surrounded by ancient mulberry trees, madrasahs, and traditional teahouses, this historic square reflects the true spirit of old Bukhara — a peaceful oasis where locals gather and daily life flows slowly around the water pond.
Continue to the famous Three Covered Bazaars (Trading Domes) — Toki Sarrafon, Toki Telpak Furushon, and Toki Zargaron. These historic domes, once part of the Silk Road trade network, are still active today and offer a vibrant mix of handicrafts, carpets, jewelry, silk products, and traditional souvenirs. Walking through them feels like stepping back into the caravan trading era.
At midday, visit local artisan workshops, where you will experience Bukhara’s living craft traditions. One of the highlights is a Suzani embroidery masterclass, where a local artisan introduces you to the delicate art of hand-stitched Uzbek textiles. You will learn about traditional patterns, symbolic meanings, and even try basic embroidery techniques yourself.
Afterwards, enjoy a relaxed walk through the narrow streets of the Old City.

Guests are advised to note in advance that special menus for vegetarians, celiacs, or other specific
dietary requirements are not available. Please note that tourists are provided with a fixed menu that cannot be changed or adjusted on site. In case of special requests, restaurants will be informed in advance so that they can adapt the agreed menu as much as possible to local conditions. However, a full adjustment cannot be guaranteed. If passengers request a menu different from the one offered, they will be responsible for any additional costs charged by the restaurant. The accompanying guide will assist in finding the best possible alternatives where circumstances allow, but it is important for passengers to understand that final responsibility lies with them.

DOCUMENTATION:
The passport must be valid for at least six months.
For identification and booking purposes, guests are required to provide a scanned copy of their passport in JPEG format. Copies in other formats or photos taken with mobile devices will not be accepted.
UZBEKISTAN RAILWAYS:
Due to regulations, train tickets must be issued personally. Therefore, we require passenger information as it appears in their passport, or a copy of it, at least 65 days before the train departure. These tickets are non-refundable (USD 30 per person). If passenger information is incorrect, we must cancel the ticket with full penalty and issue a new one, subject to availability at the time of rebooking. The additional cost for the new ticket will be applied.
UZBEKISTAN AIRWAYS:
Domestic flights are booked subject to availability. In case of flight cancellation or unavailability of tickets at the time of booking, the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly.
Our fixed departure schedules include a block of 20 seats for the flight Tashkent – Urgench for each departure. This block remains available until 50 days before the flight. Any booking made after this date will be subject to availability at the time of reservation. Uzbekistan Airways allows up to three (3) incorrect letters in a passenger’s name. Therefore, we kindly ask you to send us the passenger details exactly as they appear in their passport, or a copy of it. If a name is incorrect, we will cancel the ticket with a USD 30 penalty and issue a new one at the available fare. The new booking will be subject to availability.
LOST OR DELAYED LUGGAGE AT THE AIRPORT:
In case of lost or delayed luggage, passengers are required to collect their baggage personally from the airport upon arrival. Unlike in some European countries, airlines do not deliver delayed baggage to your hotel. The retrieval of redirected luggage is not included in the tour price.
CLIMATE:
The climate is extremely continental, with cold winters and very hot summers, ranging from -10°C in January to 42°C in summer. Summers are dry and hot. The weather data provided is non-binding and for information purposes only.
RECOMMENDED CLOTHING:
During summer: light clothing, shirts, cotton suits, hats, comfortable shoes, etc. Due to high summer temperatures, it is strongly recommended to bring good sunscreen.
When entering mosques or other sacred places, it is important to pay attention to your attire. Avoid overly revealing clothing and choose garments that cover most of the body. Be prepared to remove your shoes when visiting a mosque and accept this with understanding. It is advisable to bring socks or shoe covers.
For women: it is recommended to wear long skirts, dresses, or trousers, as well as long-sleeved blouses. Don’t forget a scarf or shawl to
