1 | Airport “Manas”– Bishkek (40 km 40min) Arrival in Bishkek airport. Check-in the Hotel. Rest & breakfast. Bishkek sightseeing tour: Visit Central Square, Presidential House, White Central Mosque, Oak Park with sculptures and statues of Famous Kyrgyz People, open air eastern markets, Concert Hall & Ballet, Old Square, National historical museum, National Philharmonic, and many others places of interests concentrated in one area. 2 | Bishkek – Burana Tower – Karakol (395 km 5-6 hrs) Breakfast. Transfer to Karakol city along north shore of Issyk-Kul Lake (395 km, 5-6 hrs). On the way, we visit amazing historical sight Burana tower (X-XI AD). In Cholpon-Ata visit Petroglyphs Issyk-kul that lay at the north-west of the city on open-air museum, sometimes nicknamed “the stone garden”, is a very important historical site. Lunch in local restaurant by your own. Then continue drive to Karakol. After 2 hours’ drive, we will be reaching to Karakol town. Check-in to the guesthouse. Rest. 3 | Karakol – Djety-Oguz Gorge, trekking (40 km, 1 hrs) After breakfast Karakol sightseeing: Dungan Mosque, Russian Orthodox Church, local antique souvenir shop and local Bazar. Transfer to to Djety-Oguz Gorge 40 min driving to Kok-Jayik Pasture (Meadow of Flowers). This place has its nickname “Switzerland”. After lunch trekking to the Oguz-Bashy Glacier (3-4 hrs). Oguz-Bashy one of the biggest glaciers in Kungey Ala-Too range. Lunch-picnic we will be having around indescribable beauty. Dinner and overnight in the yurt camp. | B,L,D |
4 | Djety-Oguz – Bokonbaevo (trekking 4 hrs + 2,5hrs drive) After breakfast morning hiking to waterfall hidden in the fir trees forests and trekking down to the meeting point with vehicle, 4 hours. We will go through ‘’ Blooming meadow of flowers’’ pass. Lunch-picnic near river. Afternoon transfer to Bokonbaevo village (140 km 2,5 hrs). On the way we will visit ‘’Fairytale canyon’’. In Russian, the word Skazka means “Fairy Tale” and the place is certainly a magical place, full of mystery and mysticism, sufficient to stimulate the imagination of those with the inclination to stand, stare, and wonder. 5 | Bokonbaevo-Kochkor-Son-Kol lake (230 km, 5hrs) After breakfast owner of guesthouse will organize for you traditions show where you can plunge into the atmosphere of nomads and better understand the Kyrgyz people and Kyrgyz culture. Local ‘’eagle hunter’’ will show and explain you How Where Why he hunting with his Golden Eagle. In addition, Kyrgyz women will tell you about traditions, culture and mores of Kyrgyz people. They will show you how they making carpets and other crafts. Transfer to Song Kol Lake (230 km, 5-6 hrs). One the way stops for lunch in Kochkork in Kyrgyz family. Son-Kol Lake is a high-altitude lake (3012 m) fed by the glacier water of the surrounding mountains, smack-bang in the center of Kyrgyzstan. 6 | Son-Kol lake, horse riding – 4-5 hrs After breakfast horse riding 5 hours. We will spend this day enjoying the beauty of the amazing lake. Lunch in yurt camp. See local Shepard’s life style and customs, taste traditional drink “Kymyz”, fermented mare’s milk and their dairy products. Son-Kul Lake is the best place where you can dive to the nature and relax mind. Dinner and overnight in yurt camp. | B,L,D |
7 | Son-Kol lake – Chaek village, circling (60 km,6-7 hrs) After breakfast start circling to Chaek village (150 km, 5-6 hrs) by bicycle through picturesque valleys of Tian Shan, explore the history of the Great Silk Road and get deep into the nomadic traditions and customs. Lunch-picnic. Dinner and overnight in Guesthouse. | B,L,D |
8 | Chaek village – Kyzy-Oi, Suusamyr valley, circling (90 km,6-7 hrs) Breakfast. Continue circling to Kyzyl-Oi village in Suusamy valley (150 km, 6-7 hrs). Kyzyl-Oi is an old village, which has kept its distinctive Central Asian character with its scattered reddish clay houses. It is located in Suusamyr valley in a narrow gorge of the powerful Kokomeren River. The circling goes along Kokomeren river at the altitude of 1800m where the valley forms a bowl surrounded by high red colored mountains, which give the place its name, Kyzyl Oi meaning “Red Bowl” in Kyrgyz language. 9 | Kyzyl-Oi – Susamyr valley- Bishkek circling 3 hrs + driving 3 (220 km) Breakfast. You will spend on your bicycles 3 hrs (60 km) to Suusamyr valley in the mountains, or simply to rest, enjoying the beautiful red and green colored landscapes. Lunch-picnic on the way. Afternoon drive to Bishkek (150 km, 3-4 hrs). Check-in the Hotel and rest. Gala dinner in local restaurant accompanied traditional Kyrgyz folklore. Overnight in the hotel. | B,L,D |
